Fort Worth Portrait Photography| {Lauren} Senior

This girl kills me. Really.

Cocky. Confident. And one of the most intriguing people I've ever meet.

I love her.

Lauren came to our youth department about two years ago from Yuma, AZ and let's just say that her easy going personality, sarcasm and quick whit helped her to find friends (Gabi and Elizabeth) pretty fast. She's not too fussy, and has a "I'm going to kill-you-dead" that would scare a Sasquatch. Good thing I'm not a Sasquatch. She also has a cool dog named "Gunny" and likes stray cats???

I was privileged enough to work with her whole family back in April while they were here in the area for a visit. We had an awesome time. Her parents are hard-working generous people with hearts of gold... I'm not sure where they picked Lauren up. (I kid, I kid...sorta) ;)

She was one of my fave senior to ever photograph. I told her what to do and she did it, right away and very well, I might add :)

Here she is.

Entre stray cat...
I love her laugh...
gor. geous.
Thanks for the crazy memories, Lauren!

Burleson Portrait Photographer |{Gabi} Senior

Four short years ago, I met Gabi. Her hair was a bleach blonde color (from what I'm told was a dye job gone ary) and chin length (in order to correct the dye job gone ary). She was a spunky 8th grader and the leader of her pack. Although Tyler and I tend to spend most of our time working with the older 11th and 12th graders, I was instantly drawn to this sugar and spice piece of work.

She has proven to be not only one of the most intriguing people I know, but also one of the most talented and gifted. And thankfully, Gabi has a heart to serve the Lord with those talents.

She's graduating this coming May. I really don't want to think about it, so I wont. So there.

Look at her beautiful pictures and leave me alone. *tear

I couldn't choose. So you get both.
This next one is soooooo...Gabi.
Thanks for the memories, Gabi!

Fort Worth Birth Photographer |{Colleen} Brand New

"Are you sure, Andrea?" I asked.
"Ya. Thanks for offering. I just don't think we are going to do it this time," She replied.
"That's fine, I totally understand," I said.

She was really wanting photos directly after her sweet baby's birth but decided not to a few weeks ago.

Her water broke at 6:30 on Sunday evening. She kept calm and walked around the house as things picked up. Within the next two hours she got things ready to leave. Nubun was getting worried. He kept begging her to get in the car and head to the birth center. She kept saying she was fine.

By 9:30pm they were at the center and Colleen was born only minutes after arriving. Andrea climbed into the birth pool and sweet Colleen made her quick entrance into this world.

Shortly thereafter, I got a call. It was Andrea's hubs, Nubun.

"Tori, could you come take some pictures of the baby?"
"Of COURSE!"

They had changed their minds about the pictures. So I didn't waste any time getting up to the center to grab a few.

I'm so excited that I got to be one of the first one's to see this beauty. And I had some time to watch my own birth team at work! I'll be having our little one at the same center in February with the same exact midwife, Ann Crowell!

But enough about me, here's the real star of the show. Hope you enjoy :)

Thanks for the memories, sugar baby Colleen!
