Fort Worth Family Photographer | {Skylar} and family

So much fun. So much running. So much laughter. So much roaring?

Skylar is one of those little ones you see coming down the hallway and you just can't help but smile and wonder what she's thinking.

We met last week on a Monday night after a rain delay the weekend before and boy, was it a GORGEOUS night. Skylar started off the evening showing me how loud she could roar and how stinkin' fast she could run. WOW! She didn't stay in one place for very long so there was some serious clicking going on.

She was a brand new baby when I had first started my business and now she's two. Time flies. And so does Skylar.

Thanks for the fun memories, Skylar

Burleson Portrait Photographer | {Tim & Lauren} together

Hey there!

I've missed you guys. How much, you ask? Well about as much as I've missed this cute little couple I'm about to display. And you know why? Cuz we're friends. Not just friends that check in occasionally and give a nod and a quick, 'wassup' but real tried and true blue besties, you and me.

And that's pretty much how I feel about this lil' cutie. And not only are we tight like that.

She's my sister.

But before you start jumping to conclusions, let me add...she's my sister...in law.

Even though that has no bearing on our sisterhood, like I said, true blue besties. And I'd do anything for the sweet chickadee. Including, do her hubs/wife, Fall/Christmas card session every year.

So anyway.

Thanks for the memories, Tim and Lauren.

Fort Worth Newborn Photographer| {Jake} at home

This is my friend, Jake. He and I are pretty much bff's and all. He was born at home in the warm water with his sweet mommy and awesome daddy there to welcome him. All 9lbs of him. There in a flash. 90 minutes, to be exact.

I get to go to his house whenever I want (ok, well, almost) and play with him and take his pictures and tell him how cool he is. And he mainly looks at me like, "Duh."

And then I take some more pictures of him, and his sister wants some. Then the other sister jumps in.

"And Mom and Dad. I guess they can be in a few," he says. So we do that.

Here's how it all went down.

Oh goodness, little Jake, so happy to capture memories of you.
